Course Textbooks
This short book by Philip Ryken is the common textbook for all our worldview courses at NGU. Ryken’s work provides an excellent introduction to worldview and will serve as an essential starting point for our discussions of different worldviews as well as our understanding of morality and human flourishing.
There will also be a Course Supplement notebook (CS) that will serve as the primary textbook during all of our classes. This notebook is not available for purchase through online retailers, but it should be available when you return. For those who choose the all-inclusive rental plan, this book should automatically be included with your other books. For those who do not choose the plan, let me know and I will get you access to a copy.
Finally, there will be an additional Online Course Supplement (ONLINE) that will be available via PDF. The PDF will be numbered just like the printed Course Supplement, but these pages will be different from the printed Course Supplement. As noted in the syllabus, pages designated “ONLINE” are referring to this PDF. To access and download the PDF, click the link below.
